When going to look for a new home I was super overwhelmed due to the market conditions, I had a realtor who was not calling me back and seemed bothered when I sent them homes, I reached out to Brad and the experience with him was 100% different. He worked all hours of the day to make sure we went to every home before multiple offers were placed. During my search I lost multiple homes with a strong offer (due to my agent before) but the second brad started to work with me and I got the first home I put an offer in on. I can’t stress enough how important it is to not only trust your agent, but that the other agents trust and want to work with him as well, it could be the factor in getting you your dream home! I’ll start by saying Brad sold my home in the middle of a global pandemic. Doesn’t get much better than that. I can't speak highly enough of my home buying experience with Chad Hagar. I was a first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. I met with a couple of realtors before Chad, but I knew instantly upon our meeting that he was the one for me. He is honest and hands-on (not afraid to get down and dirty to show potential problems during a showing), and extremely hard working and diligent in his work. He was so knowledgeable about the local area and the housing worth from inside to out. He really helped to take the pressure off of me.We ended up seeing around 7 showings and I never once felt forced to make an offer.
